Stage 2: Advise and attend first mention.Advise on conduct of your matter: Prepare application: Negotiate settlement (if appropriate): Advise on merits of the application in either consenting or opposing. First mention included. Additional mentions $660.00. $1,320.00 Including GST
Stage 3: Attend hearingWe shall prepare affidavit material and subpoenas and witness statements to support or oppose your domestic violence application. Fee covers first day of hearing. Additional days are $1650 per day. $3,300.00 Including GST

IncidentalsThis fee caps phone calls, postage and printing at the agreed fee. (Conditions apply if excessive photocopying is required) $25.00 Including GST
Travel and KilometresTravel time included in quoted agreed fee for Brisbane and Ipswich Courts. Kilometres charged at .88 cpk. Travel time and Kilometres for other Courts are by negotiation. $25.00 – $55.00 Including GST
